Our services
These terms govern your use of the website abserp.in and, where you subscribe, the ABS ERP platform. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.
“Ardens”, “we”, “us” means Ardens Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., REGISTERED ADDRESS : 2nd Floor, Eden Square, 18, Alandur, St.Thomas Mount, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600016.
“You” means the individual using the site, or the organisation subscribing to ABS ERP and its authorised users.
Relationship to your subscription agreement
If your organisation has signed a separate subscription agreement, order form or master services agreement with us, that document governs your use of ABSerp. Where it conflicts with these terms, that document prevails.
Note to Ardens: if you do not yet have a signed subscription agreement template, that document — not this page — is where your commercial protections belong. Ask your lawyer to produce one alongside reviewing this. These terms then apply to your use of the website and to anything the signed agreement does not cover.
Using the website
You may browse the site, read our material, and contact us. You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- use automated tools to scrape or harvest content, except for search engine crawlers acting normally
- interfere with the site’s operation or security
- misrepresent your identity or your organisation when contacting us
We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.
Intellectual property
The ABS ERP platform, this website, and all associated software, designs, text, graphics, logos and documentation are owned by Ardens or our licensors, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
Subscribing to ABS ERP gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription term. It does not transfer ownership of anything. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or sublicense the platform, or use it to build a competing product.
“ABS ERP”, “ABShrms” and the Ardens logo are our marks. You may not use them without written permission
Your data stays yours
Data you enter into ABS ERP — your customers, vendors, items, orders, production records, service history and everything else — remains your property. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and back up that data solely to provide the service to you, and to support you when you ask us to.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you put in, including having the right to process any personal data it contains. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
On termination, you may export your data in standard formats. We will retain it for [e.g. 30] days after termination so you can do so, then delete it. If you need it after that window, ask us before the window closes.
Accounts and acceptable use
Each user must have their own login. Sharing credentials between people is not permitted, both because it breaks your audit trail and because our pricing is per named user.
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for what happens under your accounts. Tell us promptly at hello@abshrms.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not use ABS ERP to store or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or malicious, to attempt to breach its security, or to place unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
Availability and support
We aim to keep ABS ERP available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be affected by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or events outside our control.
Confirm before publishing: state your actual uptime commitment, maintenance window and support hours here, or say plainly that these are set out in your order form. Do not publish an SLA number you have not measured.
We give reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where we can.
Third-party integrations
ABS ERP may connect to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct. If a third party changes or withdraws its interface, the corresponding functionality in ABS ERP may change or stop working.
Confidentiality
Each of us may receive confidential information from the other. Each of us agrees to protect it with at least the care we apply to our own confidential information, to use it only for the purpose of this relationship, and not to disclose it to third parties except to employees and advisers who need it and are bound to equivalent obligations.
This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiver, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.
